PicnicAI interview questions

Interview process was overall very smooth and straightforward. The recruiter was very communicative and quick to provide responses / updates. Process included recruiter interview, hiring manager interview, take home assignment, panel presentation, and culture interviews. The whole team was pleasant to speak to and very helpful when working on the assignment.

The interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews (including a panel-style session) with various team members, plus a take home project and presentation via zoom. May have an in-person component as final stage. They canceled on me one hour before my pre-scheduled presentation because they decided to "re-evaluate the position". This is after I completed the three interviews and spent a week working on their sample case. Absolutely unprofessional.
