First round consisted of completing a task within 3-5 days. Second round was face to face. F2f were interviewed by 2 persons. Questions were not asked based on level of experience.
Finally after the interview HR informed me that I was rejected because they were searching for someone who can offer more to the table and I am on par with the currently employed developers. The feedback is very vague. Does it mean that if they find such a candidate, will they terminate the current employee?
I advised the company to provide with honest interview feedback.
