PickTrace Implementation Manager interview questions

Got recruited via LinkedIn. I was invited onsite for my very first interview. Great atmosphere from the second I walked through the door. I was interviewed by the COO and the Director of Operations. By the end of the first interview, I was told I would be moving forward. A few days later I was emailed so we could determine a date and time for the second interview. The second interview was a little over three hours with various members of the team (COO, Chief of Staff, Dir. of Ops, and their current Implementation Manager). I was asked for references and a few days later was offered the job. They even sent an awesome package with chocolates, a bottle of champagne and a hand-written card from the CEO and COO before I accepted!
