The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Piccolo Software (Richmond, BC) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very warm and friendly interviewing process. Focused more on behavioural questions than technical. I recall my wi-fi connection failed midway through causing the call to break down but interviewer was very understanding and even recommended I turn off the camera to save bandwidth.

Question 1
What was the biggest project you had to take on and how exactly did you manage to see it through?
The interview process consisted of a single Zoom call where I had the opportunity to speak directly with the CEO. During the conversation, we discussed my software development aspirations and how they align with the company’s goals. The CEO took the time to explain the job responsibilities and expectations in detail, providing valuable insights into the role and the company culture.

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Piccolo Software (Richmond, BC) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview was very conversational. The interviewer started off with a background of the company, some of the technology they work with, and what you would be working on. Then it's a pretty casual conversation about your relevant experience, past projects, and general interests.
