Recruiter phone screen, interview with a few people on various levels. Very disrespectful of people's time. Turned them down initially, and they came back and said I was the best applicant they had, so I decided to give them another shot. Sounded like and exiting project, but after 4 interviews, I was not "exactly" what they needed. they needed someone that had "been there" before. They knew my skillset from the beginning. Total waste of time.
