Physician's Computer interview questions

They were very accommodating when I called to inform that because of traffic I would be a little late (despite that call going to voicemail). Because of scheduling I was able to have a long interview, and the team was courteous and did not rush me out the door when their questions were finished. They told me they cared most about finding someone with the right 'fit,' and their willingness to have an organic conversation instead of a strict Q-and-A session proved that point. They were impressed when I asked them if there was anything on my resume they were hesitant about, and spoke with candid honesty about their doubts, which I was able to address directly.
