First round started with an initial phone screening with the recruiting manager, with the subsequent round of interviews being with team members within Finance. Multiple rounds of interviews can get challenging but each step of the way, it feels very carefully crafted to ensure the candidate feels comfortable, which allows both the team and the candidate to understand if they are the right fit. One of the rounds of interviews also included an employee outside of Finance to help candidates see a different perspective. Overall, I thought this was one of the most streamlined recruiting process I've experienced. Well organized and well communicated throughout. Difficult process simply because you go through many rounds of interviews. However, this is to ensure both parties see each other as the right fit for the role.
