I strongly advise against applying to such companies, as it would be a waste of your time. They lack a proper interview panel. My interview was conducted by a random individual with 12 years of experience, who had all the questions written in a Microsoft Word document.
The interviewer neither knew the answers to the questions nor seemed confident about them. Some questions were repeated two or three times in the document, and he even showed me the questions on his screen, asking me to answer them. When I pointed out that a question was repeated, he simply said, "Oh, is it?"
I answered every question correctly, providing multiple approaches for each. Despite this, they never got back to me. How can an interviewer judge a candidate if they themselves are not knowledgeable about the subject?
This was a complete waste of time.
