While the people I spoke with her all very nice on the phone the process was very, very odd. I have 12 years of experience and nearly 75% of my 2nd round interview was spent on what I did 10 to 12 years ago. They wanted specifics about my performance from 12 years ago but barely touched on the more relevant experience from the past 5 years. I am not sure how strong they are at assessing talent if this is the style used by their leadership
