The interview process is short and easy. In most cases you don't even need experience for the job. I was asked for my availability and when I could start. Don't stress about it.

I had two interviews. They were going through a lot of leadership changes, and even with the challenges that presents, the company appeared organized and competent. I declined because they advertised and the first interview was for an accountant position with a salary between 90-100K. They ended up offering a lower position for 70K.
