Phocas Software interview questions

Interview process was very professional and team members I interacted with were very friendly. Asked thoughtful and engaging questions that made me feel heard and valued. Phocas software seems like a great place to work.

First interview was with a recruiter. Next was an interview with the CEO..this was actually a very good call...he liked me alot. Afterwards, I did an assessment..it was pretty easy to me. The final round was with what would have been my manager and a team-member. They passed on me because they said I was "too ambitious"..which is code for I have too much experience. Would have appreciated if they didn't waste my time. Also, I picked up on these vibes during the final call, that they felt I had too much experience. This left a bad taste in my mouth for Phocas.
