Phluant interview questions

They emailed for an in person interview within 3 minutes of submitting my resume online (I was overqualified). I went into the office and it seemed like a lot of people were out. I interviewed with the CEO's wife, and later the CEO. It was very simple, they didn't seem to have real interview questions prepared. The CEO spent most of the time bashing past employees and the processes they had in place. Total time spent at the office was 45 minutes. Later they had be phone interview with the President in NY, that call lasted about 20 minutes. After, I received an email and was offered the job.
