Easy recruiting then interview, basic behavioral and scenario questions about the role and how you could fit the role and it's mission. Overall, they will take you if they feel thar you will fit their location's needs
The recruiter conducts a preliminary interview, and then the store manager interviews you, focusing on personality and trainability. Good idea to maybe stop in and become familiar with the vibe.
The recruiter asked basic behavioral questions such as “What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?” and “Can you describe a time when you solved a conflict?” These questions allowed me to reflect on my past experiences, communicate how I handle challenges, and highlight my ability to grow from difficult situations.
