Philly Marketing Group interview questions

Very laid back and welcoming, questions relatable and very easy going. The staff was welcoming from the second you walked into the office. Work environment was very pleasing as well as the other staff members seemed laid back and wanting to get you off on the right foot.

The phone pre screen is terrible. HR rep sounds like she is about 13 years old and doesn't have a clue what she's talking about. all the interviews are flakey with barely enough information about the job. It's mostly just chillin with the interviewer that are trying to be cool and have fun with you rather than be professional.
