The interview process was simple. The first round I met with the director for all of the student programs, known as the SUP PGO. The questions were standard, nothing too difficult. The next interview is with the past directors of the specific camp you're applying too. They just want to understand the vision that you have and who you are as person to make sure that you're the right fit for the organization.
