The selection process was written 50 questions on QA, DI, VA with sufficed timing to answer the questions , post that we have been given 85 Psychometric questions based on leadership skills and individual personality test
Once you clear that , there is interview with HR, Line manager and Business unit head on your achievements , work experience and your few failures and what you learned from them

Long and no clear milestones . No feedback or information about next steps. It was stressful experience due to lack of communication and preparing for waiting for next steps
