Quick and efficient.
TA explained the process, then a face to face two round interview in one day, the next day the offer was made, negotiated for about a week and then concluded on a positive note.

Multiple interviews. Started with phone call then 2 video interviews. Everyone seemed very nice and excited about the job. The people I spoke to have been there a long time.
