We scheduled a call to discuss a Director level role in their communications function. The HR person was really selling the role and future of PMI - and have ghosted me since. It's probably a good thing this opportunity went up in a puff of smoke!
I had 5 interviews with different stakeholders on the Market and in the HQ. 1st round with TA team, several interviews with Market Head and HR Head and several meetings with potential stakeholders followed by assessment.

Lengthy process with multiple steps and conversations with people internationally. Was eventually ghosted by their recruiter and followed up many times because I had another offer but was really interested in this role. 3 weeks later I hear they went with someone else which is fine but it would have been nice to be told.
