Phifer Incorporated interview questions

As I went down from a employee referral, I had attended face to face interview and got selected. Interview was taken by the Director and he analysed my skills and ability and also he described about the roles and responsibility

Referred by a friend who knows the manager. First had phone interview, talked about some basic questions such as "What are you interested in this job?", "What's your research about?", "What's your plan for future?"
