Phathom Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Multiple Interviews, long wait process to hear back from management. Works with recruiter to fill positions, little feedback given. Still waiting to hear if the drug will be approved which may be why it's taking so long.

Initial Call with a hiring Manager. If they like you they move it to a 30 mn virtual call. Next was a face to face. Next you have virtual with 2 managers in the nation. The hiring was put on hold due to delayed launch plans.
