Two interviews. First interview with Leading Team and coworkers in Hingham: they shared a lot of the company and what they were doing but left little time to get to know the candidate. Overall it was positive, casual, friendly. Second interview divided in two parts: one with Principal/Owner and Direct Supervisor and another one with just Principal/Owner. Very different dynamic and approach by these two people by comparison to the first interview. It almost felt like interviewing with another company. Possibly because the team in the second interview worked in a different location. It is understandable the Principal/Owner might be more serious, but the process just felt very disconnected.
