Interview with the manager and hiring manager. Introductions, backgrounds, and experiences. Answering various questions as they come up about experiences and what the role might entail. Comparing each company value to an experience the candidate has had previously.

Aligning company values with your own experiences in your career.
Applied online via workday. Pfizer’s recruitment AI, Olivia confirmed application progress one month later. Then no news for another month. I checked on workday and it showed application inactive (rejected). From an organisation like Pfizer (who talk so much about caring for people), at least a courtesy mail about rejection was expected. Even family owned small businesses do that. Complete waste of my time and effort in the application process.
