Interview
Initial phone interview (generic screening), followed by Assessment Centre (numerical and verbal reasoning tests, group tasks and opportunities to chat with other candidates and staff) and then an Individual Interview (competency and technical based questions). All in all a quite enjoyable experience which was made easier by the people conducting the interviews. They were excellent in making me feel at ease.
Applied online and did a phone screening interview which was tougher than expected . Asked situational questions which I wasn't particularly prepared for a phone screening . 3rd party did the interviewing

The interview was approx. 30 minutes long and consisted of a short presentation, competency and CV based questions. The questions were not too difficult and the interview process covered all aspects of my CV.

I applied online. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call inviting me to a group assessment day. On the phone the lady also asked me some questions relating to my CV. The assessment day was a lot less stressful than I had anticipated. There wasn't any one on one interview at this stage.

They asked me what area of the industry I would like to get in to. However, it was more of a group conversation and the topic came up. It wasn't necessarily directed just to me
