Average interview that revolved around skills. Emphasis on coordination and teamwork. The interview included questions around my training, experience, as well as my longer term goals. The interview was around an hour and included those who worked in the lab as well as hiring managers.

De contact persoon gaf aan dat de bespreking en voorstelling van
mijn profiel enkele weken in beslag kon nemen. Na de bespreking volgde een vervolggesprek plaats, online, na 4 weken van het eerste sollicitatiecontact. Daarna ging het snel en kreeg ik binnen de week een voorstel toegestuurd. Een snelle respons dus en vlotte communicatie. Indien problemen of vragen kon je ook altijd bij contactpersoon terecht.
