At Pfizer I interviewed for the role of Administrative Assistant supporting the Cancer Center team. The interview involved meeting 1-1 with 12 individuals, the process took all day, including a lunch interview hosted by Pfizer. I met with a diverse group of highly skilled professional individuals.

Question 1
Some were casual and relaxed and primarily asked questions relating to me personally, to determine if I would be the right fit within this tight knit group. The higher level managers focused on my skill level in the technology and programs used at Pfizer. Some asked me to provide case scenarios of situations I've handled successfully in my role.
Informative and friendly with representation from several different business units. Focused on previous experience, roles and responsibilities of current position, and future career goals. Introduced to other members of the team.

Interview
Straight forward, fast paced screening process. Initial phone screening with recruiter, followed by phone interview with departmental director. Face-to-face panelist interview a few days later at Headquarters, followed by interview with senior leader I would be directly supporting. Overall positive experience.

Interviewed with a recruiter first for a phone screening. Then I had a 2nd interview with an administrative assistant on the same team. And my final interview was with her manager. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice.
