Typical behavioral interview, no technical questions. Make sure you really understand your projects/work experience, as well as how they align with Pfizer's core values. The interview was pretty easy overall, just make sure to practice.

Tell us about yourself, how does your experience relate to joy, tell me about a time when you had to work with someone difficult.
Mostly pertained to technological background and experience. I was asked in depth about different programs I use as well as coding languages. Main interest was in the types of classes I had taken and what skills I learnt from them.

For the Futures Internship program. Only one round, an interview with 2 members of hiring team, they asked 4 behavioral questions regarding core values of company. Interview took 30 minutes.
