I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pfannenberg (Lancaster, NY) in Jul 2016
Interview
I met with three(3)senior management staff members as a follow up from a phone interview with the IT VP headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. They were extremely polite and direct, something that has been sorely lacking from 90% of interviews nowadays!

Question 1
One interviewer asked several questions about other types of experience I might have and how does it relate, or can relate to the current opening.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pfannenberg (Lancaster, NY) in Jan 2013
Interview
Was found by a recruiter; Once a phone interview was completed with recruiter I then had an in-person interview with 4-5 people that I would eventually be working with. We sat down at a large table with me on one side and the other people around, from there each employee asked a handful of questions. Nothing too difficult, very normal and easier interview process. No drug test required.

What is an instance of challenge you experienced and how did you overcome it?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pfannenberg (Lancaster, NY) in Nov 2012
Interview
Quick and did not follow the formal interview question set. Was informal and seemed to be intended to understand my personality rather than actual professional experience. The conversation was helpful in understanding the business and how day to day interaction might be. I appreciated the style, especially because I was coming in entry level without any professional experience behind me anyway.

They asked how me to describe how I stayed organized. This question can throw unorganized candidates off.
