Interview started on the shop floor, some time on tills and some time stocking shelves. Was a bit shocked, never had an interview like this before. But, it was great. I got to see what it would be like working there and interact with potential work colleagues. Then the interview process, which was really personable. 10/10 interview experience, looking forward to working here.
