Interview
It was a good and informative interview , where I did an interview and a work trial. It really gave me a good sense of what the job entailed and the other colleagues all seemed happy and pleased to work there.

Interview
Group interview that felt very rushed and like the staff didn’t know what they were doing. Spent most of the interview holding a chinchilla. There was a team work exercise where we had to make a table using paper and cello tape that had to be strong enough to hold an aquarium ornament. Then a short 1:1 interview where all they really cared about was my availability. It was a part time job but as I wasn’t available for full time hours they weren’t interested.

Interview
Group interview session. Introduced ourselves and said how many pets we each owned, then asked to briefly describe your dream pet. Split up into small groups whereby we had to build a bridge strong enough to balance a can of dog food using newspaper and cellotape. Then had to discuss a new product idea in groups and present it. Lastly we had a quite one-to-one interview with staff member which consisted of mainly close ended questions and a few example/scenario questions. Overall the group session was quite relaxed and the interview was very general and quick (not too tricky). Only downsides were the fact you had to work with people, some whom were overpowering and didn't give you a chance to fully project yourself, and also the person who took my one-to-one interview didn't seem very interested and seemed in a rush to get it over with, I feel like I was more likely to get the job if interviewed by someone else so it was quite bias and unfair.
