      Control Engineer Interview

      11 Jun 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Petrotech (Houston, TX) in Jan 2022

      Interview

I was invited to do two separate hour long remote interviews back to back. The first person I interviewed was ten minutes late and noticeably unprepared (he did not have my resume on hand or even know what position I was interviewing for). The second person I was to interview did not show up. Later that day I was told she was “now ready for me” but I insisted that we reschedule the interview for another day. I never received a response to my rescheduling request. As for difficulty of the first interview, it was pretty easy but that might be because he was so unprepared.
