After a great phone interview, I was invited to an in-person interview with two partners of the firm. The HR Manager was great setting up the interview and sending a confirmation email with every detail. I ultimately decided to accept another position so I canceled the interview. The HR Manager confirmed the cancellation; she also left the door 'open' should the job I accepted not work out. As it turns out this was exactly the case. I emailed asking if I could get back on their schedule if the position was still open. Again, the HR Manager arranged an interview the next day. I met with two of the partners. I felt extremely comfortable. The environment is very friendly and relaxed. I knew instantly I was in the right place to continue and grow my career. I'm so grateful the door stayed open.
