Personnel Partners interview questions

They wanted to know if I held position before, wanted to know skillset, what hours i wanted to work, did I want full time permanent or temporary work, how soon could i work? I answeted the questions they said OK, they hired me. And found me assignments after I had worked several with good reviews. I worked off & on. Several companies wanted to hire me full time.
