Multiple rounds of interview. Initial phone screen. Followed by technical coding round. Additional interview rounds after coding round. Managers are very polite. Initial coding round was 1 hour. You code along with a senior team member who will guide you and give pointers if you are stuck anywhere. Person who interviewed was polite as well.
