The Interview Process was very nice overall, until my wife and I discovered that the Position "Resident Management Team" there were no available openings for said position. Perhaps in a year or so... We were told after this, "I just like meeting People, and I keep that one position open on the jobs boards." Were we baited-and-switched? We certainly feel so. If there is no Job Opportunity, then you should not be advertising the job!
