We’d like to clarify a few points- The online assessment is provided through a global assessment platform called TestGorilla. Detailed instructions, including the expected duration (70 minutes), the structure of sub-tests, and technical requirements, are sent in advance via email by the recruiter's personal email, so the candidate can ask questions at any given time, both via email and WhatsApp. Because it's online, candidates are free to complete the assessment at any convenient time of day, and the "deadline” is once you finish the test. It is also detailed and explained in the message once we coordinate. A majority of our candidates find it much more convenient. You get a numeric grade, so there's no detailed feedback we can send at this stage. The process was temporarily constructed to start with the test, without a detailed phone interview, to reach and give a chance to more juniors with no related experience within a given time. It has changed since, and we returned to conduct phone interviews with everyone. We're also sorry to find out this feedback only here, without trying to reach out to us personally.
