Mediocre interview process... First round was technical and was a cake walk.. Nothing of a challenge. Questions around frameworks.. I felt interview was not confident enough to take the interviews Second round had some java based questions and little tricky. HR round was just a phone call, collected all my documents and was there was a job consultancy mediating the offer and I was not given the offer since I am over qualified. Worst interview management, I had to wait for 5 hours after my first technical. You don't value candidate's time. Highly mismanaged people you can see during interviews. No clue what's happening and when you would be called for next interview. Many people were asked to leave the building and it was such a chaos and mob like situation..
