Don't waste your time getting interview at persistent. They don't release offer letter. HR are useless and don't respond to you.
I got a call from recruiter through nokari.com and asked about my current role & company and about my salary expectations. Then I have gone through two interviews and the interviewer were helpful, asked good questions. HR told me that I have cleared all the rounds and asked the documents to proceed ahead.
After sharing documents, in 2-3 days a new HR (may be from staffing team) called me and asked about my current salary, LWD and salary expectations and told me that I will get offer letter in next 2-3 days. After 3-4 days I asked about status of my application, so she use to tell me that I will get offer by EOD and on the EOD she use to not pick my call. Same happened every day almost for a week.
After a week, she started not answering my calls and gone missing. I never heard back from her again. I really disappointed with this behavior and I was expecting response from her (positive or negative).
I think they might have a budget problem and I completely understand that, but why would you go ahead with interview if you don't have budget, I was crystal clear with my salary expectations
. You should straight away told candidate that you don't have budget, why to waste your and candidate time as well.
