Completed several rounds including a task. They did offer a $50 Amazon giftcard or a donation to a charity of my choice to compensate for the time spent on the task. They did not offer any sort of feedback on the task which would have been nice.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder
This was a textbook version of a poor candidate experience. I applied online, no response. Then the recruiter reached out saying he found my resume and would love to talk & gave my availability. Ghosts me for a week (during which time I emailed to nudge halfway thru). Now says it's contract, not FTE. I say no problem, still interested. Interview lasts about 6-7 minutes. He asks me zero questions, I had to lead the Q&A because he asked nothing. Says that I'll get an auto-emailed 15 min IQ test. A week later, After a couple days, I nudge again. I get both the IQ test link along w/a take home assignment after a week.
The Take home assignment is actual work that should be compensated. Another Glassdoor Recruiter review said they were compensated for it. I do the assignment, get an email saying he got it and will review over the next week and respond.
I tell him that I have another offer and would like to expedite, he opens email but doesn't respond. After over a day, I restrict access to view Loom videos from my take-home assignment. Minutes later, I get a rejection email from recruiter.
My request for compensation like they did for other candidates during same time period went ignored.

Step 3: take home case study which took more than an hour to prep for. I spent about 6 hours prepping as there were multiple parts to the case study (sourcing candidates, writing outreach messages, recording self on sourcing strategy and reviewing candidates, create a funnel with metrics, time between each step, etc).
