      Interview

      Generally very quick, direct, to the point. I was well supported by my recruiter (who was super responsive) despite it being a rigorous process. They make an effort to bring you onsite and provide lunch on interview days, which is kind of refreshing post-pandemic. - Culture turned out to be the best part of the onboarding, they could sell this more. - Super supportive, high-growth environment. - Not at all a 9-9-6 like many "hypergrowth" startups.
