I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Perkins & Will (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was the most straightforward I'd experienced yet, upon sitting down with the team they made of clear that they intended to give me an offer that day. I have a brief summary of what a day in the office would be like, explained what the office was working on now, and then allowed me to present my portfolio. They asked if I had any questions and then talked logistics of the offer. Afterwards I got a tour of the office and was introduced to several employees. I received my formal offer in an email within an hour of leaving. I even asked for an extension and they were gracious enough to allow that. They're very honest and made it clear that when they want something, they go for it.

What programs are you most comfortable working in?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Perkins & Will (Durham, NC) in Mar 2019
Interview
After submitting my application I received an email to schedule an interview. The HR rep was very accommodating in asking whether I wanted to schedule a test session as the interview was via skype. She also made a point to inform me before hand who I would be interviewing with which was extremely helpful for me. During the actual interview there were 4 people present and after hearing about each of them I was asked to tell them about myself and walk them through my portfolio. Following this I was asked a few more questions and was able to ask them questions as well. The interview was around 1hr and 30min.
Not a good interviewer. Never asked about future plans and what I would like to get out of the job. Was very standoffish when I asked about benefits and compensation.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Perkins & Will (Miami, FL) in Mar 2019
Interview
I received an email from HR to schedule a time and date for the interview. After the date was scheduled I went in person to the interview. The process took around 3 weeks.
