It was a good process; the HR team and hiring manager were transparent. Good communication, also an interesting case study.

Interview
I applied, got contacted within the promised timeframe by the recruiter, got a first and quickly a second interview. In the 2nd, face-to-face interview, I asked the hiring manager if there were any concerns about my application, to which they replied none. They seemed genuinely enthused. 3 working days (plus weekend) later I got a rejection call.
In the 2 interviews, there were no competency-based questions, and I was (wrongly) completely transparent about my expectations (which I felt totally aligned with the role and the company's offering).
