Prior to meeting with anyone, I was taken to a conference room and asked to take a timed test (with a #2 pencil) containing questions similar to what you would expect to see on an SAT exam (geometry, word similes, etc). I was told not to skip any questions and the test would get progressively more difficult, but to complete as much of the test as I could. Next, I was scheduled for 3 interviews, each with 2 individuals. Prior to starting my last session, I was told there was an internal "fire drill" and one of the remaining two individuals I was scheduled to talk with was going to be delayed. They has me sit and wait for quite a while and eventually they apologized and said they would have to reschedule. I asked if we would still continue with the other person who was scheduled to be in the interview. I was told this could not happen because that would mean there would be (1) man and (1) woman alone in a closed door interview and cross-gender one-on-one meetings were prohibited in their company. I was stunned and knew this was not the company for me. However I graciously thanked them for their time and left. Never heard from them again....
