I applied online. I interviewed at Performance Solutions (TX) (Houston, TX)
Interview
It was a packed house filled with applicants to be interviewed. Interview itself was very easy. I asked specifically what the company does (service rendered or product sold), as the website was a little too vague. Interviewer seemed to be beating around the bush. Too vague to be taken seriously.

Interview
Applied for position online and heard back from a recruiter via email to set up an interview. The waiting area felt very chaotic and I was rushed in and out of the interview without the opportunity to ask questions about the position. Discussion time lasted hardly 15 minutes and I left without any new information or insight about the position. The first interview ended up being more of a candidate screening to assess if I would be an acceptable candidate to move forward in the three part interview process. The interviewer spent majority of the discussion with "get to know you" questions and didn't provide a space to discuss the position or company itself for me to see if it's a good fit .

Interview
Sat in a room of 30 people. Didn't get called back for an hour and a half. Left before. Completely unprofessional. Three people interviewing and still did not get called. People there after me were called before me.
