I worked with an outside recruiter who was helping to fill this position. I was in communication with the recruiter as far as scheduling the interview and next steps. They were very accommodating to the interview time as I had another job at the time and could only interview after 6pm.

Submitted my resume and was asked to conduct a phone interview about two weeks later.
I was then invited to an in-person interview at the office with three of the leading Client Service Managers of the company.
