I applied through other source. I interviewed at Peregrine Communications (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process consisted of both online and in-person conversations, each conducted in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The questions were largely open-ended, giving me the opportunity to express my personality, share meaningful insights, and elaborate on past experiences. Both interviewers were exceptionally kind, approachable, and genuinely curious, creating an engaging dialogue that felt more like a thoughtful discussion than a formal assessment. Overall, the experience was positive, authentic, and reflective of the company’s collaborative culture.

Technical Interview: In the technical interview, you likely had a conversation with one or more members of the team to assess your technical abilities and problem-solving skills. The interview may have consisted of coding challenges or data analysis questions to evaluate your proficiency in programming languages and statistical analysis. You may have also been asked to walk through a previous project you worked on to understand your thought process and approach to problem-solving. HR Interview: In the HR interview, you likely spoke with a representative from the human resources department to discuss your qualifications, personality, and fit with the company culture.
