      bring you in and put you on a mock customer call and you become the liaison between customer and the dealership. they have a scenario where you must provide repair assistance.You have to decide if the customer is getting repair assistance from the dealership and if the negotiate how much if at all.

      I went through 4 rounds of interviews, was offered the CSM position, packed up my home in PA and moved to Houston, TX. I called the recruiter 4 days straight before getting a call back after my arrival just to be told the requisition was canceled and I did not have a job. I was devastated! Left hanging in a strange place! No one there cared what they'd just done to me!
