Submitted my resume online and was emailed by the hiring team to join a Zoom meeting the following week. It was one very informal video interview and overall a short process.

Question 1
Provide an example of a time you dealt with conflict.
it was good. difficult but good. we talked a lot about the many many thing stht the company has to offer so good wow like oh my god it was so good like jesus christ wow
Pretty straightforward. Most of the questions are behavioral questions. Some ethical questions as well so be prepared to think of the responses on the spot. Other questions were basic questions about prior employment and skills.
Tech driven scheduling of interview held over Zoom. Plesant interview experience. Specific industry process for conducting background interviews. Metric driven with ongoing support and training. Significant contract work with Government clients.
