Initial interview was very clear and structured, the interviewer was very clear. It was a 40 minute call via zoom, online, vs being in person. They had clearly communicated the timing of this pre the call taking place.

The interview process consisted of first a screening interview with the recruiter, then an interview with the Director of Expansion and finally a project presentation to one of the founders.

Question 1
The interview questions focused on my previous experience in developing teams and systems within other startups and around how I would handle different situations a fast paced remote environment like Peppy.

First round with the talent team to qualify my CV before being put through to the hiring manager, completing ‘take home’ task and finally a founders interview.
The call went well in my opinion and Peppys talent team acted fast to book in the initial call. Importantly they reply with an update only two working days later and provided feedback.
