The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peoplr (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2021
Interview
I applied for this position online on LinkedIn. The process was very professional and HR reached out to me for a phone screening interview. After the initial screening, I needed to take an assessment on my Outlook email skills, Excel skills, and Microsoft Word skills. This took about half an hour. I was then moved to a have a Zoom interview with one of the owners and who would be my potential manager. The interview process took about 40m and with preparation, the interview was not too difficult. They explained in detail what the position requires and overall what they were looking for. They followed up within the week; a given timeframe that was determined at the end of the interview.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by someone in a couple of days. The person I talked to on the phone asked me some questions about my resume and future career goals. I took an online MS Office test and must have done ok on that because I got a call to come in to their office for an interview. I met with a young woman who was very nice. She said she had worked there for several years and seemed like she really liked her job. After we talked a little bit, she brought in another manager. They gave me a really good idea of what the position would be about and answered all of my questions. They asked me some harder questions that were more about how I would handle certain situations and how I would approach solving different problems. At the end, they gave me a piece of paper that ended up being a surprise writing test and I had to do it on the spot. That was a little nerve wracking!

Interview
Very professional, very informative. They told me straight up exactly what I would be doing and what the job would be like. They made me feel very comfortable while being very honest about the multi tasking involved with the position.
