Applied online, answered standard interview questions within the application. 3 phone interviews, 1 in person interview one-on-one immediately followed by a three-on-one interview. After every interaction the interviewer would tell me that I sounded like a great fit and they wanted me move to the next step asap. Then radio silence, I sent the standard thank yous and follow-ups and the process dragged on. I think each phone interview was isolated, meaning each interviewer wasn't aware of what was discussed with the previous interviewer.
